Hi everyone, I'm Michael Veryzer, a Personal Trainer with almost 4 years of experience both in person and online. As someone who is passionate about helping others achieve their goals, I am also currently studying for a Bachelor of Psychological Studies with the aim of becoming a psychologist.
My background is quite sporty, having played semi-professional soccer and casual basketball. My love for the gym, however, started thanks to my friend's dad who owned a gym. Since then, my passion for fitness has only grown stronger, and I'm dedicated to helping individuals create a healthy lifestyle that caters to their unique needs. Whether it's weight loss or muscle gain, believe that everyone deserves the opportunity to achieve their goals, and I am committed to using my expertise to make that happen. My experience in personal training has also given me a unique skill set that I can apply to psychology, allowing me to better understand and connect with my clients.
Hi, I'm Bronwyn and I have a Bachelors Degree in Health Science - Naturopathy. I have worked in the corporate sector for years and decided on a career change at 43. A big driver for this was my love for herbs and nutrition, as well as the amount of chronic disease and cancer affecting my family.
I reversed my own gut problems, facial acne rosacea, and Hashimotos thyroiditis, all by integrating knowledge of physiology, nutrition and traditional herbal medicine combined with evidence-based practice.
I see myself as a helper. My early career was in Sales and Operational Management, which required me to help people get things done and achieve their goals.
That is what I do as a health professional - I help you along your health journey to achieve your goals in a way that is sustainable for you.
